Newborn (Birth to Age 1):

In this group therapy session, new parents will learn strategies for maintaining connection with one another while navigating the early stages of parenthood. The group will focus on evidence-based tools to manage parental burnout, enhance emotional regulation, and support healthy attachment relationships with their children. Sessions will provide a structured yet supportive environment where participants can process shared experiences, develop insight into their parenting styles, and build a peer-supported learning community aimed at fostering resilience and attuned caregiving.

Teenage (Age 13-18)

This group supports parents of adolescents in staying connected while navigating the complex challenges of raising teens in a digital world. With increasing behavioral concerns, the influence of social media, and fewer real-life community supports, parents will gain evidence-based tools to foster resilience, set healthy tech boundaries, and strengthen family relationships. A supportive parent-to-parent learning community encourages shared insight and practical strategies.

Toddler (Age 2- 4):

This parenting group for caregivers of toddlers (ages 2–4) offers a supportive space to maintain connection with fellow parents while navigating the unique challenges of early childhood. Through guided discussion and evidence-based strategies, parents will learn tools to manage challenging behaviors, strengthen their parenting skills, and promote healthy development during this critical stage. The group also fosters a parent-to-parent learning community where shared experiences, mutual support, and collaborative problem-solving are encouraged.
